House 2 House Move Liverpool Conditions of Carriage
1.
There is a 1 hour minimum charge on all jobs. After these times, rates are charged in half hour increments
2.
A fixed price job allows 1 hour for loading/unloading at each end
3.
There is a minimum charge of £65.00 for goods going to the recycling centre or tip
4.
Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer
5.
There is a non-refundable fixed rate deposit of £20 on each job booked in advance
6.
All outstanding payments must be completed upon delivery, in cash
7.
Jobs running over the estimated completion time will be charged at half hour increments
8.
Job arrival times are estimated - circumstances out of our control may cause delays
We do our best to be on time and endeavour to inform the customer of any hold-ups
9.
Customers are responsible for their own insurance cover
10. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to property in transit
11. The total weight of any full load may not exceed 1 Ton
12.
We do not carry jewellery, or valuable stones, or collectable items
13.
We will not transport livestock
14.
We will not carry hazardous products, chemicals, drugs or illegal goods
